Book a visit at NovaMed Medical Clinic online or by phone. Walk-ins are welcome too, subject to availability, and booking ahead means a shorter wait.

Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Closed Sunday and statutory holidays.

When online booking opens, you will choose your visit type and time in Cortico. Before confirming, you will be asked to review and acknowledge two things. Both are worth reading now.
AI-assisted clinical documentation
A secure documentation tool helps your physician write the clinical note during your visit. It does not diagnose and it does not make clinical decisions. Every note is reviewed and approved by your physician. Read the notice.
Consent to electronic communication
Email, text and portal messaging carry risks that cannot be fully eliminated, and they must never be used for emergencies. Read the policy.
Before your appointment
Same-day and walk-in visits
Our walk-in service is by appointment. There are things it cannot cover, including restricted medications, WorkSafeBC assessments, and ICBC follow-up first assessed elsewhere. Check before you book.
What to bring
Your BC Services Card, a list of your current medications, any relevant records or referral letters, and your pharmacy's contact details.
If you cannot make it
Please give us as much notice as you can. Missed appointments carry a fee, which is not covered by MSP. See our fees.
