Common reasons to visit
Before you book
Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability. We see walk-in patients as capacity allows on the day. If you would rather not wait, book a time in advance and we will hold it for you.
There are a few things our walk-in service cannot help with. Knowing this before you come saves you a trip.
Restricted medications
We are unable to prescribe restricted medications, including opioids and stimulants.
WorkSafeBC
WorkSafeBC assessments are not available through our walk-in clinic.
Sick notes
Sick notes can generally be provided for a maximum of 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the clinical circumstances.
ICBC cases
We are unable to provide follow-up care for ICBC claims that were initially assessed by another healthcare provider at a different medical facility.
Thank you for your understanding and for helping us provide safe, appropriate, and efficient care to all our patients. The full set of clinic rules is on our patient policies page.
